1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Certain products may require additional processing time due to supplier availability, manufacturer processing, or special-order requirements. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, supplier processing times, customs clearance (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution. Claims for damaged shipments should be reported promptly and, where possible, include photographs of the packaging and damaged items.

8. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages or directly from different warehouse locations or suppliers. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when available.

9. Freight & Oversized Items

Certain oversized, heavy, hazardous, or freight-only products may require specialized shipping services and additional transit time.

Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before shipment if necessary.
